Discussion about 108 East 82nd Street in Upper East Side
Standard four-per-floor mid-block building. Layouts awkward in that you have to walk through living or dining room to get to the bedrooms. Good location, and maintenance isn't bad, considering.
The rooms have very small dimensions. The sevens really only work as a six (i.e. combining LR and 3rd bedroom to make a normal sized LR). Maintenance is pretty steep, too. Nice location. If PS6 is a factor, it is in the zone.
Decent building but sort of tired looking lobby. I think the apts I saw were a bit overpriced for the current market. Does anybody know if 6B sold. It is a complete renovation-I think original prewar kitchen. Was listed as in contract but now off the market.
This is a great bldg- steps from Park, well run, coop since the 1950's, rooms are small scale but more of the, great eat-in kitchens which is really important to us! Fireplace which is nice and lots of bathrooms. the best I have found in the area.
Any recent thoughts on the building? These posts are all much older.....
Heard there were multiple offers in on 5C but owners are now showing again, with very high (undisclosed) post closing liquidity expectations...
What is the status of the construction in the neighborhood?
5C is now in contract. Anyone know the price?
