Who cares if its random, I just was curious if the nice weather makes for more RE activity or less because people are out enjoying the weather.

You know - you brokers should learn to have more respect for buyers. Not all of us "clueless" and many of you are not the experts you make yourselves out to be. I'm so sick of broker lying and bullshit, it's ridiculous. Haven't you been taught the importance of treating your clients properly?
