Discussion about
Make sure there is a new AC-heating unit- I heard terrible stories about it. The ceilings are NOT 20 feet even close. The owner is impossible and will screw you if don't agree with him beware!!!

I lived next door and a 2nd floor unit had a serious Carbon monoxide leak. Fire engines and everything- is that why the tenant moved out? careful if you have dogs or kids. The freaking messengers are scary and sit there and smoke pot all day

not worth it!!!!

Traffic is awful, they sell handbags in trucks right out side your door and stare at you when you walk into your apt.

The club next door to me is so loud and crazy

I have to move -lol

look elsewhere IMO

"The ceilings are NOT 20 feet even close."

In all my year in RE I have found that the most misrepresented item is ceiling height (I actually have a theory as to why which I haven't heard anyone else use so I think I "invented" it).

Most people are used to either 8' or 9' ceilings. But they don't see the ceilings 8' or 9' away: they see them from their eye height, which is usually somewhere in the 5' to 6' range. So, an 8' ceiling is only 2' to 3' away from your eye. An 11' or 12' ceiling is more than double the distance from your eye. So higher than "normal" ceilings appear much taller than they are because your brain tells you "that ceiling is more than twice as high as your 8' ceiling" because it sees the difference in distance to the ceiling as twice as much. (that's the short version).

The trick I usually use to judge ceiling height is to look at the doors, which are mostly going to be 6'8" tall. Look at the distance from the top of the door to the ceiling relative to the door height. If there's only 3 feet above the 6'8" door (i.e. a little less than half the door height/the ceiling looks like about 1.5 doors total height), the ceilings aren't 12 feet.
