Discussion about
I'm looking for any opinions re: whether 35 psi in water pressure is low. I need to decide whether to add a booster pump and tank. It's costly, but I'd much rather make the investment now if need be than regret it later. Thoughts?

Had a booster pump in a house in PA - just be aware it can be noisy when it kicks in

Oye! Not often. I was thinking more of a nice showering experience.

Aboutready, how much water pressure do you need to flush your toilet?

That is low. 50 psi is more typical. If you look at the flow rates on shower/bath valves, it usually gives the flow somewhere between 45 and 60.

If Lady Di were here we could ask what she recommends for cleansing.

Shower: Soap up, shave, er; lady-like things to do...If the hot water runs out before I can finish --- not enough , for me.

complete and self contained booster systems are availalbe and would require a licensed plumber to install but they are not noisey if you purchase a quality unit
