Shane I am about to buy a condo and the bank is quoting me 11.5% on a 30 with 95% down can you do better on the interest rate or term. I have 850 credit score and make about 2 mil a year. I have about 10 mil in liquid cash and the price of the condo studio I am looking to buy goes for about 400K. Please let me know.
