Discussion about
Anyone have a good source of or specific reccomendation for contractors for day/week jobs like moving a small partition wall and fixing the floor, tiling a bathroom, installing appliances with some plumbing/drywall work required..etc... I'm not trying to renovate by the floor for 50k, etc...just need some contacts for the above sort of work at fair prices...mostly concred with reputable work.

In regards to tiling a bathroom: try "tile & grout guy" on craigslist, he did a good job and decent price. i'm looking for a good drywall/sheetrocking person, and reasonablly priced. let me know if there are any recommendations.

You'd be better off trolling the aisles and parking lots of a Home Depot then trolling a message board where most of the people dont know the right end of a hammer until their super shows them.
