Dose anyone know why is this building so popular?

My parents bought there pre-construction and still live there. Any questions?

Thank you for your reply, cccharley. What are your parents saying about over all experience there? I am house hunting form out of town and needing insider information. The Monarch is a little expensive for us but if it is a good building I want to go ahead and buy it there.

If you rent in this building rent from private owner, the BPM who manages some of the apartments is really bad, rude and not responsive.
