So many responses to a silly post yet I leave a post regarding maintenance and no one responds...there needs to be a new website replacing streeteasy because se is no longer about real estate.

Okay, I am staying far far away from all of it and I wish the ball game was on this afternoon so I didn't even look at the computer. CC, one thing I can attest 100% (which from now on are the only things I will say here), Truth is a real person, with a real music PR business. Established fact.

Worst of all was that she identified the name of her husband's client, mid-rant.
That client has billions, and is very low-key and private.
One of his employees lives out here. We know that employee. The billions guy would not be happy to have the wife of one of his attorneys talking about him. At all.

She is more than anything else, a threat to herself. Her husband would be fired. For sure.
Any attorney on here will agree with that.

So if any of her friends on SE want to help her, please get her the help that she needs.

I'm done, and will just scroll on by her; no matter what she is posting about.

As to the other argumenters. They are O.K. . somewhereelse does it for sport. He and bjw go at it pretty good but I don't think it means much to either one. Just guys having guy fun.

I have no doubt that many residents of Stuy Town and the husbands law firm are very aware of her posts. And with the latter, it's bad business at the very least, but not our problem.

Truth: I think what everyone on SE would like is to get back to the mandate of the site: discussion of Real Estate. I think we are all hoping that the troll will be banned and the personal attacks and dissension among SE posters will stop. So, I think it is great that you will just ignore AR. I hope this is the end of it.

She's previously acknowledged that he's loose lipped about client matters with her. She said he asks her opinion on clients' legal matters. But she has no training or license.

fwiw, my first year of lurking on se, i came almost exclusively to read swe's (who went by a different name then) and ar's links and commentary. se has experienced a sort of growing pains and while you can never go home again, hopefully the posters who made this board the informative and intelligent place it once was will continue to do so.

I'll try... but sad that AR might not be here anymore (partially because of some of the complainers themselves).
