I think the real question is not who to use, but what is your definition of a Home Theater? Start from the bottom up and then figure out if you need a home theater installer or someone to redesign your entire room.

Speakers require a hole in the wall and then some mounting for the speakers themselves, if you have massive speakers, expect bigger holes. If you have a projector, then you are running running wires and power into the ceiling. Installing (and then removing) a Flat panel TV will leave quite the eye sore due to the holes you will need to drill to mount and run wires. Every home theater needs a subwoofer, and every neighbor hates subwoofers, so you can expect to need to either keep the bass low (which is never a good idea) or potentially add some padding to every wall in the room.

If you want to slap a TV on the wall and have decent sound, I'd recommend a guy to mount the TV and then invest your money in a good soundbar that sits underneath it and emulates a 5.1 surround system. Less hassle, great sound, fewer headaches.
