NYT listings as bad as Craigslist

Everyday there are dozens of new listings for just my little subset (2BR, moderate price on UWS) despite the fact that there are actually very very few new listings. But the same apartments are listed by multiple agents and on multiple days. For example, if you went by the listings there are several dozen vacant 2BR apartments in the James Tower (101 W. 90th) (I would argue NYT is worse since at least Craigslist is a fast and snappy website. It takes you a lot less time to figure out you are wasting your time looking at it.)
