Whats the skinny on this building? There's nothing available now, but sounds like a good building. Common charges seem a bit high. I'm looking for something in the area. Any insights from someone with experience with the building / block would be helpful.

I have lived in this building for 5 years and I can tell you that, at least from my perspective, its totally fine. No drama that I can see. I dont get involved in management decisions so maybe there are things I'm not aware of but thats fine with me..in fact that tells me its a good building. I dont want to be aware of the building and thats how it is here. I like it...and the maintenance is reasonable relative to other buildings in the area.

The building seems lovely, but, having spent a good deal of time at the outdoor Dunkin' Donuts on their lobby level, I would make sure the sirens from the firehouse on the 40th Street side would be tolerable. Other than that, it is a fairly modern building at a convenient location.

I am just wondering, can non-resident pay to use the gym facility at the basement? thanks
