Any thoughts about Wells Fargo vs Chase? Or any other suggestions? Thanks for your input.

It really depends on which property youre looking at in BPC. Chase isnt great for condos. And not all lenders will lend in every building in BPC, not even us. So it really depends on what condo youre looking to buy into. sunny.hong@bankofamerica.com

the building should have a list of lenders. you could try CNB
