Any recommendations for a mortgage broker?

I would wholeheartedly recommend Greg Gooch with TD Bank. Not only will he get you a commitment within 24 hours, he can almost always guarantee that he can close by a certain date. I not only used him for my mortgage, but I have had other brokers make their buyers switch from other banks to TD Bank simply because they could perform in the amount of time required.

And in general, he really cares about his customers and does everything he can for them.

independent mortgage broker here. I charge no application or credit report fee. I close my loans with Wells Fargo. I have the best rates.
