Before dealing with a broker, why not contact the myriad building management companies out there to see what they have available? That way you will be able to avoid a broker fee altogether.

I like Jordan Cooper, he's a smart guy, Harvard grad.

Brains is a good thing to have on your side no matter what you're doing, even if it's something as simple as renting an apt.

I think there's some confusion here. Are you newly licensed or looking for an apartment? Based on your post, you sound newly licensed.
