Discussion about
I am trying to see what is more desirable. Any input would be great. My opinion is to keep the kitchen with all it's mess behind the wall but it seems to me that apartments where kitchen had been opened and combined with dining room sell faster.
i will ask you not to use that kind of language. surely these nice people don't want to associate with anyone who speaks like this.
no one vouches for me because i have no interest in mixing my real life and my internet life. i have one identity, the one speaking to you now. i don't know how to explain this to you in a way that you can understand. i am not hfscomm1. i think he's a fun guy, and maybe even a gal, but i am not this person. i continue to interact with you because i want you to understand this. it bothers me that there is a person out there with so much anger directed at me. you have to stop.
but according to you, you don't exist.
are you threatening me?
better yet, just use one of your other many names.
hhmmmmm....very troubling

Lucille,
Great layout: Still have 3 bdrms, but gain a larger kit, a diningroom & a laundry room.
What software did you use?
lucille you are right: that sounded obnoxious. what i meant to say is that I have a standard classic seven layout with the maids room as an office/
dwell,
it's illustrator. i'm a designer by trade, though not interior.
Thanks, lucille
lucille it is brillian what u did to that layout
thanks bela. i've been doing these since we started househunting after the wedding almost 6 years ago so that my husband, who is a total numbers monkey with no vision, could get a sense of what the place would look like when we were done with it.
and winston had the same idea, so he/she must be brilliant too
