Does anybody know anything about this building? It seems cheaper than other condos around that area. Pls share~

i've seen 3 br apts in that building. older building with less amenities than whats around. i wasn't impressed.

hi, anyone have insights into this building? it looks dated and boring. What would be a reasonable rate for this building?

Stay away from this building. There is a rodent issue. Within two weeks of moving in we started seeing roaches and mice!!
