Discussion about
Igor, from your posts you appear to be a very knowledgeable broker. I am just getting started as a broker and I'd like to buy you a coffee and pick your brain for an hour. How can I get in touch with you?

I suppose I could arrange that, if he's up for a little dine & dash!

I wonder if Igor would be willing to post his contact info and reveal his identity on a message board...

Uptowngal - I fear you're right. There are a lot of jerks lurking here, and several have made ignorant and unfounded written attacks and insults with respect to certain of Igor's prior posts. I would certainly understand if he was reluctant to post his contact info.

So, if you're out there, please drop me a line at streeteasyMEL@gmail.com. Please include a link to your profile on your company's web site so I know it's you.

Thanks very much.

Mel, from your posts you strike me as a very eager young go-getter. I'd like to see how such a person decorates his/her apartment. In exchange for a glazed donut, I'd like to come-over and spend an hour with you/your family discussing your color-scheme and the feng-shui of your place.

So, if you're out there, please post your home address. Please include your D.O.B. and social security number as well as the names/ages of your children so I know it's you. Also, if you have a pet I'd appreciate knowing how much it weighs and whether its been neutered?

Thanks very much.

Parody of a silly request, that's all. Your explitives demonstrate a lack of class.

Indeed. While qwerty's "sad smiley face" demonstrates impeccible breeding and taste.

Right-oh. Just as qwerty's inability to spell "expletive" demonstrates a quality education.

Many very smart people can't spell (something about the phonics system that was ignored for a brutal 10-15 or so years of the American public school system education). But, qwerty, I find the excessive sarcasm a bit tiresome myself (sometimes these message boards sound so much like two fourteen-year-old boys saying "I'm right, you're wrong" that I want to go to other more interesting forums. But wait, I did so and they're not quite so much fun). Really though, can't we all be a bit more clever? There seems to be some potential here, beyond the slash and burn and the I said, he said. Exchanging info and ideas can be fun (and even a bit vitriolic) while legit.
