Stay away from the Corcoran broker 'L....y' representing this building. Don't let her smiley face and hyper approach fool you. She is completely unprofessional and does not know how to treat people right. A couple of other friends who went to check out the building also had a sour experience talking to her. I don't know how Corcoran and the sponsor puts up with her. She is not courteous and will give you a hard time with her lofty attitude during the negotiation phase. If you want a pleasant home buying experience, look elsewhere. I am serious. And clearly, units at this development is way overpriced for its location.

wow! I went there recently, and that same broker was so rude to us too when we shared our concern about the prices in that building! She seemed frazzled and a little bizarre. Very weird. I wish there was another broker handling it - because the building is nice and we would have liked to work through our concerns with a friendly and willing broker to put an offer. Surprising for Corcoran - their brokers are normally good.

The broker represents a developer/sponsor...the prices are what they are....she has to focus her time on those that are serious about buying. At any rate, I too saw the building and she was nice to me. They must have been right about holding out as well....since the units are now selling. Perhaps the developer was able to hold out(i.e. he may not have had too much carry interest)... not certain.
Building seemed solid, they cheaped out on a few things...but in terms of new construction...more well built than anything I've seen currently in Park Slope

Talk about a building that just can't seem to sell! Overpriced for the location. None of the units seem to be selling, they are unwilling to negotiate and the brokers seem a little strange. Not a fan.
