Looking for a mortgage with these parameters. 5-7-10 ARM, investment property, LLC ownership, condo in Manhattan, conforming $417,000 with an LTV less than 50%. Great credit. Positive cash flow. Any thoughts of Banks or Brokers who may match with my parameters?

If you can document your income I may have a bank willing to give you a 5/1 arm in the mid 5's.
