Discussion about
I am interested in locating sources of cash out refinancing for investor coops, including lender, lender contact, loan: value ratios, rates, etc. Can anyone recommend any sources.

By investor coops, do you mean unsold shares? Are the leases market rate or rent-regulated?

With regard to cash-out refinancing, the basic problem with rent-regulated units is that they are almost completely illiquid. It's pretty hard to liquify equity in illiquid investment.

West81st:

1. seasoned decontrolled sponsor coops in corporations which have
acquiesced to my claims of Unsold Share status

2. do you know of anything specific?

We will go up to 65 LTV depending on the loan amount and the complete package. If you would like to discuss please email me.
