In New York City (esp Manhattan), try Massey Knackal.

In the Brooklyn, try Largo Capital, which is on Long Island.

Massey Knakal does broker commercial loans. I cant speak to their pricing or products but they have some good people over there. We do commercial lending for the right deals and offer great products and pricing if the deal fits our niche. Feel free to reach out to discuss.
