Discussion about 30 Avenue B in East Village
I used to live at 30 Avenue B from 1943-1953 in Apartment 3A. Rent was $25.00 a month. How times have changed!

Just checked this listing again and saw that it was rented for $1950 a month. Quite a change from the $25.00 that my parents paid when we lived there from 1943-1953. Loved the pictures. I still remember the sink being attached to the wall. We had a tv in between the windows in the bedroom. What memories.
