Does anyone know of any banks financing 90%? I'm lookong to buy in a condo which allows 90% financing. I cannot locate a bank that will provide such a loan. Any advice would be appreciated. It would be a jumbo. Thanks

What is the loan amount? If it is under $1mm I think that I can get it done for you.

How are the banks still able to justify giving out such loans? Loan shark rates?
