Big deal, let me know how many building with over 200 apartments doesn't have bedbugs in at least 1 apartment. The only difference is that it hasn't been reported to the building department.

there's a supermarket on the first floor so the building probably has mice too.
its a block away from the construction of the Second ave 83rd street subway entrance that has huge open holes in the street so there are rats running everywhere.
gotta deal with it.

We live in the building. No mice, no bed bugs

A few years ago, there was one apartment on a high floor that had bedbugs. Apartments on either side may have had some too. The homeowner that had them was very ill, and subsequently passed away, and the problem was cleared up. I have lived on a lower floor for 20 years and have never heard any other instances of bedbugs.

I've also lived in the building for many years. This building couldn't be cleaner. The staff is on top of everything and it is well maintained. I have never heard of anyone having bedbugs, mice, etc… Its a great building, financially sound, nice people. Not sure why that poster said those things.
