I guess technically he's a mortgage banker rather than a mortgage broker, but I'd definitely contact him.

Jason Prussian. He was super nice, incredibly responsive and took time to walk through things. And no slime, like promising the moon. He got me an incredible rate given that I have crap (no) credit history, which is apparently really imporant down here. BUT in end of day I actually went back to the bank as they matched his rate and it was easier. But I am still guilt ridden as he was so decent. So please give him a try!
