HELP -we need an ALTA 9 all of a sudden?

We have everything in and were just waiting for the official all-clear on our loan, which we were assured was just a matter of hours. Then we get a message saying the title company needs an ALTA 9 and because of this we have to get the property surveyed which could take 7-10 days?! We were hoping to close Friday, Monday at the latest and everything else is ready on both sides. Does anyone know anything about this whole situation, or at the very least know a surveyor who can get the job done a LOT quicker than 7 days (1-2 days?). Any info would be greatly appreciated.
