Discussion about
Hello, I am having difficulty qualifying for a loan where the condo board has a litigation against builders for building defects. Anyone knows any lenders that would clear this building? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Have you tried mortgage brokers that deal with various banks? I had a slightly different problem but my mortgage broker was able to find a bank that would accept my building.

I have a hunch that the building has a street number "20".

Chris Albanese with Mortgage Masters. The company can do their own lending as well as work with other banks. Chris is super smart, personable and won't give any false promises.

Mortgage Broker here. I have a few lenders who would look at the scenario.
