I would like to say that I am shocked to discover that people continue to list and buy from Karen Heyman. My family was unfortunate enough to meet her an bought an apartment from her. We've long moved away from the neighborhood. I was checking streeteasy and I was stunned to see Karen still working. She's the biggest con artist in DUMBO. She's strongarmed more people into buy shoddy apartments and fooled more honest people who are trying to sell their apartmnets (unsuccessfully, no thanks to Karent) than any other broker in DUMBO. People who have listed with Karen have threatened to sue because she tells lies about buyers who never actually exist. Furthermore, people who are trying to buy an apartment find out only after they've bought that everything that Karen had told them was a lie.
