refinancing A Condo In Manhattan, Are Lender Title Insurance Fees Tax Deductible? Are There Any Other Fees That Can Be Deducted? Thanks.

assuming we are talking personal residence then no not deductible, except for points paid. If this is an investment property different answer as then all costs would be deductible over life of the mortgage.

you can deduct it from your cost basis when you sell. you cannot deduct it from income tax.
