Citizen - lowering prices

Discussion about Citizen at 124 West 23rd Street in Chelsea
Looks like they got a little greedy and are now having to lower prices on all units. I haven't seen the building personally but the finishes certainly look nice as does the building, but in my opinion, they were asking way too much per square foot.
