They're referring to something like Fresh Direct, no? What type of service would you call that?

Citarella, for the things they carry: meat, fish, produce, bread, gourmet packaged goods, etc. It's obviously not a source for Pampers or Corn Flakes - or for anything if you're price-sensitive. Gourmet Garage is good too. Can't vouch for their delivery service.
