Help! I am interested in unit 1c. Is this building really that bad? Are there lawsuits? Is this place a danger to buy in. Look, if you had not hot water for a few days, or ac broke for a week I get it. Annoying. But what's going on beyond that? Is this a bad building to buy in at distressed levels?

When you go to the open house today, stop by #1D and ask Charlie to give you a tour of what he thinks is wrong.

The financials should tell you where the condo is as far as fixing any construction problems.

In a very short period of time all the issues in this building will be public as well people involved who acted improperly and in my opinon not in the best interests of this condo Thank You
