The Sage House

I lived there years ago and loved it. loved the staff from Dee to Saul and many others to the building itself. Well maintained and its a gorgeous area. Lots to do for fun and groceries close by. Also laundry can be delivered (besides in building). We just needed more than a one bed after a while... I love it there and wish they had 3 bedrooms. Hope this helps. Its a great place to live. I was there from 2003-7;

any body else living in this building? does it have a ndise problem? does the condo allow combination of units? are the owners nice? do the laundry facilities get well maintained? any other issues to report? I am considering buying a pied-a-terre here and I am interested in any 'tips' that you might have
