How much have they increased in the last 5-10 years? How much do you anticipate them increasing in the next 5-10 years?

what happened in 2004? the jump from 2008 to 2009 is a serious one, almost 25%. what's the reason?

bummer, this is more than 50% of our current rent. is this a 3Bd? it has to be a much better unit than what we are currently renting.

The numbers are from per-share amounts actually paid, so might be skewed by 4th quarter paid late or 1st quarter paid early.

NWT: Is you board appealing the taxes every year? Yours have jumped at a higher rate than mine did on the 2 bedroom/2 bath I owned from 2005 to 2013.

Every year, as far as I know. Looks as if 2013 will drop ~12% from 2012.
