I think this area has a much better access than Williamsburg.
In Bed Stuy, you have the A/C lines on the Fulton Street side and the G line on the Lafayette side. Using the A/C line, you are in Manhattan in 10 minutes.
In Williamsburg, you have the L line which is normally packed with communters from Queens by the time it reaches Williamsburg.
Well they're certainly setting the bar low ...
