How does someone terminate a mortgage broker agreement ? They have not found us what we want.

Dont know. Never saw one that was binding. If you get out of it try Manhattan Mortgage.

Did you pay any fees or give them a credit card number? If not, then just walk away. If they didnt fulfill your mortgage needs then you simply say, "thank you but no thank you."

we only paid application fee.495.00 which I'm sure I'll be out.Thanks for the info
