Discussion about Marc at 260 West 54th Street in Midtown

This building has a horrible maintenance team. I moved in for 9 months and 6/9 months my fridge has been broken on/off, average twice a month. I have contacted super countless times and spoke with management but had absolutely no responses. Not only it's causing me inconvenience, they seem to not care about it at all and didn't plan to permanently fix the problem, nor do they even thought of replacing my fridge, which is the one few appliances included in rental buildings.

The plumbing in the building is very bad. Bathrooms in some apartments have water leaks (which the management can't find a way to fix), leading to unbearably foul smell.
Also, the building only has 2 elevators for 40+ floors. Tenants need to wait for 10+ minutes during peak hours.
Overall, Don't move here. There are other reasonably priced buildings in the area
