The building is now 63% sold. I think this is one of the best places to buy for new development in Manhattan. If you would like to know why, then just ask.

Why is it priced at lower price/sqft than nearby newish developments like rushmore and 200 west end? Thought I would see crazy prices here but they actually seem reasonable compared to other new devs. What's the catch?

Singles and young couples won't live here. Families with little kids can't live here, how do you get them anywhere from this remote location, how do you get them here in the wind? What are people thinking?
