I have. But from the same guy who updates his listing everyday. Was long weekend. Be patient.

Same thing has happened to me. I've emailed Streeteasy Support.

I did as well. Got an (auto-generated form) e-mail back saying they were looking into it , but so far, still no e-mail updates (and I'm signed up hourly and have nearly 100saved buildings, so I really doubt none of them have had any updated listings since May 21)

These people are assholes. There is no other way to put it. Same thing happened to me. I wondered why I wasn't able to start a discussion. All I got was "we're looking into it." Someone on this site is on a gigantic power trip. That being said, I love the site and love hearing what you "real" New Yorkers have to say about real estate and other matters. Actually, the nasty, vicious queeny responses are what made me stay here in San Francisco. You figure it out. Too bad there isn't another site. Don't take it personally.

P.S. I was told (by a source I don't want to name) that NYCMatt was responsible for a lot of the negativity. Now I am absolutely certain that that is utterly false. Just a pathetic New Yorker jealous of his knowledge and capabilities. "That's all she said."

Are you on the right thread? Are you of right mind? It sounds as though the other posters are experiencing technical difficulties. I suspect you are experiencing being-grey difficulties. They are usually not the same.

Plus, if I were Matt, I'd be a it uneasy. We've had possible bunny boilers on this site before.

Personally I don't worry about bunnies much. I'm not anti-bunny, but when I have to prioritize, I'm more focused on middle class and working class New Yorkers than bunnies. You know, those people who work hard for a living but still have so many housing challenges, including thieves who take windfalls out of the pockets of programs intended to make housing a little more affordable. Little Susie and Johnny like bunnies, but given the choice between a nice bunny and mom and sad being able to pay the rent and put food on the table, I honk they'd rather not go to bed hungry. I wish you would agree with me on this one, Aboutready.

See that, dad is sad, because of undeserved windfalls going to equity partners at top law firms because of some convoluted justifications about bad childhoods or whatever the bad reason.

Take it to the appellate division.

Personally, I don't worry about the opinions of trolls much.

Your response to the little boy and girl whose parents are struggling is "take it to the appellate division?"

That's rather cold Aboutready, are you sure you are a mother?

The bench spoke. I'm pretty sure Susie and Johnny were only harmed in your libertarian mind. But feel free to provide actual proof at any time. I'm receptive to cogent analysis. Which you have yet to show.

Aboutready, you are worried about analysis, while people are suffering because of raised rents in your former complex due to the settlement, and because monies that should have gone to the state funds that support subsidized housing instead went to you.
Your "bench" that you are worried about - from the woman who told us today jaywalking was a crime, not a violation - you are absolutely nuts.

Please. You greatly exaggerate my influence. And, again, you're wrong about the increased rents. But keep on spewing lies, it's what you do best.

And seriously, who would care if I said crime vs. whatever? It's not allowed. And it's fined. Pedantry. It's your specialty.

Vs whatever? Aboutready, your husband wouldn't make that mistake. And he like you owns 50% of a Columbia Law degree .

As for the increased rents, it has been documented , but I see that facts don't matter much when you can line your pockets with other peoples' misery.

Still not receiving e-mail updates. Contacted Streeteasy support, guy said he fixed it, got one update the next day and now once again no updates for 6 days (and I checked & know I should have received them). E-mailed Streeteasy support again a few days ago but this time no reply.

Is this happening to anyone else (no e-mail updates)?

I've had a couple of email exchanges with Streeteasy support - and they just told me that that they're having an issue with their email alerts and their developers are working on a fix.

What's with the completely unrelated side argument between the two permanently hidden trolls? (I guess that explains why they were automatically hidden...)

Back on the actual thread topic FYI still no e-mail updates here either

Still no e-mail updates. Sent an e-mail to Streeteasy last week and so far no reply. It's a shame because I'm a new user, and I like the site, but all this is inspiring me to do is try and find a different site that will actually send me updates so I don't have to go searching manually every day to see what's new.

Just checking to see if everyone is still suffering from this? I still don't get email updates... This is such a major flop for SE. Being informed in time is probably the most important thing in this game...
