Management company in LIC

Discussion about
We are a boutique building in LIC (21 units). we currently have First Management (chosen by sponsor) and we are fed up with it. We are looking to replace our management company. Any recommendation of companies that specialize in small buildings will be really helpful. Thanks!

I really liked working with Metro Management. They are pretty efficient. Their office is on 21st Street.

We have 28 units in our building and work with MD Squared. We love them.
