Discussion about 51 Jay Street in DUMBO
Can anyone explain how the lofted rooms in certain floor plans with windows that open into the living space rather than outside are considered to be legal bedrooms?

A very excellent question, troll. I'm fairly certain we're talking Butter and Egg District here.

Oh, I see this is Jay Street in Brooklyn, not the one in New York.
Never mind...

What particular risk do you think are you taking on by living next to an electrical station?

Higher exposure to EMF. But nevermind, I googled it and most things say it could possibly be harmful but hasn't been officially proven.
Also at that location in DUMBO two blocks from the water there's the risk of further complications the next time a hurricane comes and it floods.
