Discussion about Cast Iron House at 67-69 Franklin in Tribeca
Steps away from the Municipal Summons Courthouse, the County Courthouse, the Centre St Criminal Courts, the Bail Bondsmen on Baxter Street, the noise from all the traffic on Lower Broadway approaching the Brooklyn Bridge and Brooklyn Battery Tunnels, eternal gridlock that means you'll never get a cab even if you want to... and that fancy McDonalds near Park Row that used to have a grand piano in it a few years ago. All that for $1600/sf? I say buy, buy, buy!
Oh, and isn't this only a few doors down from 376 Broadway, that 90s condo that's charmingly infested with roaches and bed bugs? Ah, and I also forgot the god damn Manhattan Detention Complex. Watch Miguel Pinero's "Short Eyes" to get a taste of that prison.

I would but based on your effusive review.
Sounds horrible, what with being near the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel.
The Tombs nearby looks like a nice building. How much for an apartment in there?
