Yes, love it. Only problem is, it's a co-op and we couldn't bring ourselves to go there. Also, sometimes the units are a little lacking in natural light.
Does anyone know how thick the floors/walls are?
I rented a ground floor unit at Ansonia for 2 years. We could hear EVERY footstep and cough from the lady upstairs. Was the worst two years of my life. We only extended the rental after 1 year because the broker fee was astronomical from Corcoran.
All the bottom units ceilings are the top units floors. Literally didn't sleep for 2 years.
Looks like the new tenants only made it 1.5 years. Wish I could have warned them.
These places are gorgeous but it is honestly just not worth it to rent or buy.
