Any have a recommendation for a window cleaner for a 4 story apartment building in soho? What is the typical price range for this?

Do it yourself. If you hire someone, price ranges from $300 to $500.

We use Frank's Window cleaning and have since we moved into our co-op in 1998. They do both inside and out and we live on the 13th floor. I think we paid $8 per window the last time they were here a couple of weeks ago, but we do not have difficult windows (that is we don't have multi-paned windows). May be more depending on what kind of windows you have.
