No. The co-op bought the land and building in 1987.
How is the board in this building better/worse than other buildings in NY?
My daughter and I are very happy with this Board. They're all very approachable and truly care about the bldg. We became shareholders in 2014 and try and make the annual board meetings which are usually informative and friendly.
