Discussion about The Laureate at 2150 Broadway in Upper West Side
I am thinking of buying at 2150 Broadway. Does anyone live there? Is there loud noise and construction going on in the building or nearby? How is the management company? How are the doorman and concierge? I would love to get some info from someone who lives there. Thanks.
