When is shopping around beneficial? I am running a course here in Great Neck, NY (border of Queens) to actually educate people whom are shopping around in the real estate world: first time buyers, seniors interested in benefits (property tax abatement, veteran& senior citizen benefits), and those who want to compare their options.
