Paying off Mortgage

I will be paying off my mortgage soon. How and when do I receive the documents from the bank (Wells Fargo) such as proprietary lease, the stock certificate, the original promissory note, and UCC-3? Thanks

I hired an attorney to deal with all the paperwork when I paid off a mortgage. He was able to get all the paperwork done quickly. He didn't charge much.
