What is people's experience with the 83rd entrance of the SAS? I live near the 63rd entrance and its currently a disaster, noise starting at 7am. Is it the same on 83?

It's a disaster , and there's another year to go

They're starting to rebuild the side walk in the 90s to their original widths, so hang in there. It's time consuming because they have to move the hydrants. There are signs up saying that the project is 89% complete.
