Any suggestions on a co-op lender for a renovation refi? Only looking for 100k, very low LTV, I have no mortgage right now. It's a 2nd home for me. Thanks in advance.....Rick
Hi Rick. Reach out to Ramon Feliz at Citi - (551) 574-6014; Ramon.Ernesto.Feliz@citi.com. He can help you out if you want to do a cash-out refi or a HELOC.

A good broker is far better to use than a bank for many reasons: 1. A mortgage broker has access to many banks and can find the best deal. 2. A good mortgage broker does not take a fee upfront the way Citi or any other bank will do in order to start the loan process. 3. A good mortgage broker will check the credit report and make suggestions to raise the FICO score since a higher FICO score can mean a lower interest rate. If necessary a mortgage broker can have the credit report updated with the new FICO score within 48 hours. 4. A good mortgage broker gives personalized service.
